Furniture / Bahrain
Every piece of furniture in the guest rooms — casegoods, upholstery, wardrobes and soft furnishing — developed, produced in Türkiye and installed on site in Bahrain as a single turnkey program.

The hotel needed its guest rooms furnished completely and consistently: beds and headboards, wardrobes, desks and consoles, nightstands, luggage benches, armchairs, mirrors and soft furnishing. Buying each category from a different supplier would have meant mismatched finishes, several delivery dates and no single party responsible for the result — on a project where every room has to look identical and be ready on the same day.
Developed the full room set from the interior design drawings — a written specification for every item, with materials, finishes, fabrics and dimensions fixed before anything was produced.
Selected Turkish factories by strength: casegoods and wardrobes to panel specialists, seating and headboards to upholstery workshops, and matched all finishes against a single master sample.
Produced a complete prototype room, reviewed and approved it with the client, then released serial production against that approved standard.
Ran quality control during production and before packing — finish, hardware, upholstery and packaging checked room set by room set.
Consolidated every category into a single shipping plan to Bahrain, with export documentation handled, and coordinated unloading, distribution to floors and installation in the rooms.
The hotel received its guest rooms fully furnished from one contract and one point of contact. Because every item was produced against one approved standard and one schedule, finishes match across the property, delivery arrived as one coordinated shipment instead of many, and the client had a single party accountable from the first drawing to the last room installed.
